Week 4 of the Marketing Makeover Challenge: Getting the Word Out

RM-HP_mainimage_2In the spirit of this week’s Marketing Makeover Challenge, “Getting the Word Out,” the finalists in the REALTOR® Magazine/HP contest designed postcards to promote their businesses to potential buyers and sellers.

As in weeks past, the contestants used the medium in a distinctive way. One finalist created a postcard that tried to convert FSBOs into clients. Another used it to promote updates to his brokerage’s Web site. A third promoted the home buyer tax credit on her postcard, and a fourth publicized an upcoming open house.

It’s been very exciting to watch these REALTORS® develop and improve upon their marketing materials each week, and I look forward to seeing what they come up with for the final two challenges.
