Of course, one may ask why it is even necessary to remind the congress that real estate brokerage and mortgage loan brokerage should not mix – too much conflict of interest.
But then again, capitalism does not like to be limited – if there is opportunity, they will grab it. Unfortunately, often at the taxpayer’s expense.
