are these apps available for Blackberry’s as well as iPhones? It sounds like such a wonderful feature. What is the cost for the App? Is it user friendly?

My Buyers and Sellers never heard of Realtor.com until my Listing Presentation! They know Zillow and Trulia! And those companies take my money too, but I get leads!
