  2. Contacting leads are important, but what even more important is to follow up. Most of the realtors will contact a potential lead 1-2 times. Statistically most of the conversions are happening after 4-6 follow up contacts.

  3. In Europe GDPR is a pain as the prospects are generally private people. Basically, you need consent to store data on a CRM system.
