Video: NAR’s CRT Labs Keeps REALTORS® in Front of Smart Home Technology

As smart-home technology continues to proliferate, the National Association of REALTORS®’ Center for REALTOR® Technology has established a laboratory to test and study the sensors, software and other high-tech systems that are increasingly being used to manage temperature, air quality, security and other aspects of residential and commercial buildings. CRT Labs, an initiative of NAR’s Center for REALTOR® Technology, also works with companies that design and produce smart home technology to  ensure that the real estate industry has a voice in how these systems evolve.
